Another week has past and im so excited for Tuesday to come. My flight leaves around 8am and we fly to Texas then we have about a 4 hour lay over and then head to Guatemala. I will probably call in the morning at like 7 I’m not sure how it works. Ii do have a calling card though so if I don’t call maybe I will when i get to Texas around noon and then leave to Guatemala around 5 so i will just have to keep on trying if you don’t answer. If there is enough time you could send me a plain brown shirt Natalie will have it if she can’t find one, just buy one at down east, also the blue green skirt I got at old navy. It’s in a brown box, it was one of the last boxes Natalie took home with her. If not, it is ok. You will just need to send it quick cuz Ii leave on Tuesday.
This week was good still trying to teach my investigators in Spanish but my companion speaks for me. Shantelle, the investigators are not real they are the teachers that speak in Spanish and teach us everyday so it is hard for me cuz i picture them as my teacher not a real investigator but its fun. I have only seen Aimee Hodson like once or twice but we are in different zones and or schedules are completely different. Yesterday was my best meal yet a had a jalapeño cheeseburger, that surprisingly was delicious, and for dinner I had some hot wings. I’m getting used to the food, but I guess I won’t complain cuz I don’t know what i will be eating in the Guatemala MTC. Not much has happened, today is Thursday my p-day and my companion decided to be funny and put a snake in my bed. I’m on the top bunk so I climbed up to write letters today and it was under my sheet. Ha I freaked out and jumped down. Then an hour later she put a fake beetle by my head it took awhile before I saw it when I turned over so I flicked it off, she thinks she is so funny. I don’t know why I fall for it but I hate bugs.
Yesterday was the 4th and we had a devotional and then they let us watch fireworks it was alright. It wasn’t much of a show but it was fun hanging out with our zone after are curfew. It was the first and last time we will ever go to bed at midnight and we broke a rule by getting up at 7 but I guess it is ok cuz its p day, love it so much I do have to teach my investigator tonight but still relaxing and can take a nap. The temple is closed for a couple months so we didn’t go today but at least we went once last week. i will write you when i get to Guatemala cuz i don’t know exactly was the address is so ill try to write a short letter hope everyone is good miss you lots.
